BANANA CAKE
Ingredients:
- 225 gr. white flour self raising
- 225 gr. white sugar or raw sugar
- 225 gr. butter in room temperature
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 4 XL eggs
- 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 75 gr. chopped walnuts
- 75 gr. chocolate chips
- 1/2 mugs of full milk in room temperature
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160 C fan force. Grease a rectangular pan with butter.
- In a bowl stir the crushed bananas, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Pour the flour, bananas, butter, vanilla and eggs one by one, until combined. The last thing all the walnuts and chocolate chips, combined everything with a wood spoon.
- Bake for 45 min. or until a skewer inserted into center comes out clean.
- Advice: When is cold, cover the cake with transparent film, the flavor the day after is more intense and tasty. ;-)
